Updating album art
Search for the album you want to add the album art to, and right-click it.In the context menu, you will see the ‘Paste Album Art’ option. Adding ID3 tags is much easier in Windows 8 & 10 than it is in Windows 7 but it’s still do-able.It seemed to work fine because the artwork shows up in the MP3Tag program, so I didn’t there was a problem until I viewed the files in Windows Explorer.After doing some research and playing around with some settings, I was able to get the artwork to show up properly in Windows.You can Refresh or Update libraries to bring them up-to-date.Updating and Refreshing a library do different things.
You should refresh a iibrary or individual item if: Tip!
You can think of updating as "check for new or changed content and get metadata for it if needed".
You should Update a library if you have: Refreshing a library or individual item causes the metadata for the item to be refreshed, even if it already has metadata.
All tracks that Windows Media Player recognizes to be from the same album, will automatically be updated with the new art once you’ve added to it.
This association is subject to the availability of the information in the track files.
